If you already have a booking with us, or are holding a voucher from 2020/21, please be rest assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure that you manage redeem your vouchers to at long last enjoy that long awaited holiday, without losing your deposit. YES WE ARE STILL PROMISING TO REDEAM THE VOUCHERS UNTIL THE END 2023! We understand that life styles and family may have changed over the last years, and we wish to remain true to the vouchers. BOOK WITHOUT RISK - OUR TRAVEL PLEDGE
If Government restrictions on travel, due to Covid-19, mean that you are not able to come and stay at The 3Cities Auberge, we will allow you to rearrange your booking FREE OF CHARGE to another date within 12 MONTHS of your original arrival date (subject to availability). All guests that had booked and had cancelled their trip during 2020 are now allowed to use their vouchers up until the end of May 2023. This decision was made due to the travel restrictions and uncertainty during 2021 & 2021. We look forward to meeting all our guests that have helped support us to ride out the bleak Covid-19 problematic year of 2020/21. All bookings remain subject to our standard Terms and Conditions. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you wish to discuss your booking.
